Phanteks Evolv X Rgb Not Working

cant control the light colour on my phanteks evolv instance

And then simply got this instance, everything was fine until i installed a phanteks led strip in my instance.

There due south a push on the case which used to modify lightning mods/color (long press for modes single press colors very long press to plough off)
After installing the led strip i deceit use static colour, the button presses are not useless but not working equally it should be.
anyone had the issue earlier?

i have establish the problem thus the solution.

when i got the strips i have installed everything equally information technology should be. i was expecting to command the lights from my motherboards software likewise. simply the mobo software Aura is broken, it but doesnt piece of work whatever i do.
So i uninstalled.
and it occured to me to UNPLUG the rgb strip FROM THE MOBO'southward RGB socket.
now it works fine with the button.
The problem is it isnt working with aureola now (which was the reason i purchased an Asus GPU and Asus MOBO)

Hmm, I have the P400s Tempered drinking glass, I take not had that happen. Are yous sure information technology is the RGB strip and non something else?

it tin can be something else too but it happened afterward i installed the strips.

Are in that location more RGB strips built into the example? I have a RGB strip, in the case and 1 underneath in the front. Try unplugging information technology and trying information technology. If that does non practice anything I would call phanteks and ask support.

At that place werent any strips before just the power push button on top and the hdd low-cal at the bottom.
i wish i could do that but i alive in Turkey and in that location aint no phanteks back up here.

i accept found the trouble thus the solution.

when i got the strips i accept installed everything every bit it should exist. i was expecting to command the lights from my motherboards software as well. but the mobo software Aureola is cleaved, it just doesnt work whatsoever i practice.
And so i uninstalled.
and it occured to me to UNPLUG the rgb strip FROM THE MOBO's RGB socket.
at present information technology works fine with the button.
